Spending Time Outside
It’s important to spend time outside. When we spend time outside, the plants and animals help us feel connected to the Earth.
Normally, we spend a lot of time on our phones. We are always watching videos, looking at photos, or reading the news. When we go outside, we give our brains time to relax.
It’s important to relax with nature. The sound of the wind blowing or the birds singing can help our brains feel calm and comfortable. When our brains are calm and comfortable, our health improves.
The Earth is our home and it’s important to connect with it. When we spend time outside, we remember how special the Earth is. That can help us make good choices that help take care of the Earth.
When the Earth is happy, we are happy too.
