A New Pet
Last month, I adopted a dog from an animal shelter. His name is Max. He is a small brown dog with big ears and a happy tail. Max was shy at first, but now he follows me everywhere. He loves to go for walks and play in the park.
Every morning, I take him outside before breakfast. Then I feed him and brush his fur. In the evening, we play with a ball or go for a short walk. Max makes me feel less lonely, and I take better care of myself now, too.
