Getting Exercise

I try to exercise every day. My favorite exercise is walking. I like to go for long walks at sunset. I like sunset because it’s not very hot. Sometimes I do yoga too. I usually do yoga at home. I don’t like doing yoga at the gym.

Exercise is much more fun with friends. I like to ride my bike with friends in the forest near my house. There is also a river close to my house. Sometimes we go for a walk by the river.

It’s always important to stretch after working out. After every workout, I always spend at least 10 minutes stretching.
